Join other educators in their first 3 years of teaching for a yearlong virtual New Teacher Collaborative designed to help you thrive—not just survive— throughout the school year. While teaching is incredibly rewarding, the first few years often come with unique challenges as you learn to balance lesson planning, classroom management, relationships, and your own well-being. Across 4 interactive, 1-hour virtual sessions, you'll gain practical strategies to help you navigate each season of the school year with greater confidence, purpose, and resilience. Together, we'll focus on creating sustainable habits that support your effectiveness in the classroom while protecting your time, energy, and passion for teaching. You'll also connect with fellow educators who understand the journey and can offer encouragement.

The one-time $25 registration fee covers participation for the entire year! We also welcome new additions at any time - register at any point in the year and attend the remaining sessions.
