Anxiety is one of the most common mental health challenges affecting students and can significantly impact learning, behavior, attendance, and relationships. This training helps educators recognize the signs of anxiety, understand how it presents in the school setting, and respond with practical, supportive strategies. Participants will explore ways to create a safe and supportive classroom environment, reduce anxiety-related barriers to learning, and help students build confidence and resilience while supporting their academic and emotional success.
