Human-centered development is a holistic approach to cultivating leaders who prioritize the personal and professional growth of both themselves and their teams. It goes beyond standard management training by integrating emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and ethical decision-making into the leadership framework. The second year cohort will pick up where year one ends, focusing on strategy, implementing best practice, and further growing individual capacity.
